TIMES PURBALINGGA, JAKARTA – The total number of victims from soccer tragedy at Kanjuruhan Stadium turns to 132 after another person died on Tuesday (11/10/2022). The person has been treated at the Malang general hospital RSSA for more than a week.
It's Helen Pricela, a 21-year-old woman of Banjar Patoman, Amandanom, Dampit, Malang. She was taken to the hospital to the hospital for further treatment right after the tragedy. Doctor said the cause of her dead was for respiratory failure.
"There was not enough oxygen in her lung. And that become the cause of her death, respiratory failure," dr Arie Zainul Fatoni, an anesthesiologist consultant of RSSA Malang said on Tuesday (11/10/2022).
The TOD (time of death) was said at 14.25 local western times. Her relatives stay on her side when she was gone. The Mayor of Malang, Sutiaji and the Manager of Arema FC Ali Rifki also came to the hospital right away after finding the news.
Helen was brought to RSSA on right after the incident. She was well taken cared and had gone through mayor surgery on October 4, 2022, for her lung was injured. Doctor says it was a fracture which she might get from trauma or an impact.
"Multi trauma, thus then resulted in severe conditions in some organs. This case was probably a traumatic case that resulted in lung fracture," dr Arie said.
Day by day her condition getting worse. Some bruised could be seen in her face, hands, stomach, and her chest. "She was awake when she arrived at the hospital, but then he lost her consciousness," he added.
The deceased body was sent home from the hospital right on that day she gone at 16.00 local western times. Her death adds the number of victims die from the soccer tragedy of Kanjuruhan Stadium to 132 people. (*)
